in ~の中
👉 ものや人が「枠（箱・範囲）」の中に入っているイメージ。

The apple is in the box.

out of ~の外へ 中から外へ
👉 「in」と反対で、中にあったものが「外に出る」イメージ。

👉 意味：制御できない、収拾がつかない、手に負えない状態。
「感情や状況が暴走している」

（クッキーの瓶は手の届かないところにある）

👉在庫切れ

体調が良い・体が引き締まっている ↔ 体調が悪い・体がなまっている

👉 意味：体調・体が良い
After 6 months of regular workouts, I’m finally in shape.
→ 6か月間のトレーニングで、やっと体調も体も良くなった。
The athlete runs every morning to stay in shape.
→ その運動選手は体を引き締めるために毎朝走っています。
out of shape
👉意味：体調・体が悪い／なまっている
I haven’t exercised for months, so I’m really out of shape.
→ 何か月も運動していないので、本当に体がなまっています。
After the long vacation, many people tend to feel out of shape.

👉 意味：危険な状態

👉意味：危険を脱した／安全な状態
The patient is finally out of danger after the surgery.

The hikers were lost in the forest, but they are out of danger now.
